Private Classes
|
Private sessions developing a home yoga program specifically designed for you. Excellent for people with specific conditions or who prefer one on one attention rather than group classes.
One on One classes can be a combination of establishing and developing your own home program and Assisted Yoga (like Thai Yoga Massage), or the whole session as a relaxation session if you need!

Registration Classes
|
Sign up for 1 class or 4 - 6 week sessions and receive the benefit of guaranteed space and smaller classes.
Choices include Yin Yoga, Partner Yoga, YinYang Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Meditation Classes. See 'Schedule' page for more details.

Drop In Classes
|
These classes are designed to allow for maximum flexibility for your schedule. With your punch card or unlimited pass you can come to any Drop In class, no registration required. Drop In classes are on first come, first serve basis. Studio open 15 minutes before class start time. Minimum 5 people, maximum 15 people.
You can choose from the following types of classes: Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Core Fusion Flow.

Hatha Yoga
|
Simple, easy to follow & fun! Build strength, increase bone density, improve your balance, flexibility and peace of mind! For all levels. If you are a Beginner start with Hatha or Yin Classes!

Core Fusion Flow
|
A dynamic, ever-changing flow of asana to inspire more strength, stamina, balance, flexibility and creativity! We target your abs and all major muscles groups for full body fitness.
Be ready to sweat and burn fat!

Yin Yoga
|
Yin Yoga is a quiet, slow practice to balance and calm the nervous system. Supported poses are held long enough to release deep tension and soften connective tissue. Excellent for stiff joints and de - stressing! All levels welcome and is an excellent practice for any level, any body for increasing flexibility of mind and body.

Wear comfortable clothing and refrain from eating 2 hours before group or private classes.
Bring your mat if you have one. An eye bag and blanket is nice for relaxation as well!
Please inform teacher of any injuries or conditions before class starts and leave your cell phone in the car!
