| Yin Yoga with Leslee |
Yin Yoga is a powerful practice that targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. This slow-paced class explores long, passive holds cultivating a sense of ease and lightness in the body. This style complements more active (yang) styles of yoga and is a perfect antidote for stress.

| Relax & Renew with Leslee |
Restorative yoga poses are poses of being, of practicing deliberate stillness. Long holds allow tension to melt away as you become present to what is happening in the body and mind, moment by moment. Each pose is supported by the use of props, alternately stimulating and relaxing the body as it moves toward balance. Whether feeling fatigued, stressed or recovering from illness or injury, restorative yoga will relax and rejuvenate.

Hatha Yoga:
Like your multivitamin ... for all levels for a complete mind/body tune up. Gain strength, balance, flexibility and peace of mind. Different levels of each pose are shown so you can work harder or easier depending on your abilities/imbalances in the moment.
Yin Yoga:
Like your glass of wine at the end of the week ... aaahhh .... Gentle, held poses focusing on flexibility of mind and body. Especially good for tight joints and muscles. Great for all levels.
Core Fusion:
A magical meld of fat burning, calorie burning flow yoga with strengthen and flexibility challenges to inspire your mind and body! Be prepared to sweat and work your core and every muscle you have!
All classes encourage a holistic approach to yoga focusing on Asanas (proper exercise), Pranayama (proper breathing), Shavasana (relaxation) and Dhayana (positive thinking/concentration & meditation). We also integrate different paths of yoga: Raja Yoga (the science of physical & mental control), Jnana Yoga (yoga of knowledge/wisdom), Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion or divine love) and Karma Yoga (yoga of selfless actions).
